All contractors entering Island Estates are subject to rules governing their actions while in our neighborhood. Should a contractor not abide by the specified rules, the IENA has the authority to restrict their entry into the neighborhood. All contractors receive a copy of these rules upon their registration at the Island Estates Gatehouse.
