Island Estates is located in the beautiful unspoiled Hammock of Flagler County, midway between St. Augustine to the north and Daytona Beach to the south, with Palm Coast to the west. It is a private neighborhood within the premier Hammock Dunes Community, featuring 24/7 Security Personnel at its Main Gatehouse. All other Hammock Dunes neighborhoods are located to the northeast of Island Estates, between Scenic Road A1A and the Atlantic Ocean. They can be accessed via the Hammock Dunes Main Gatehouse, as well as the North Gate and South Gate (immediately opposite the Island Estates Main Gatehouse on Scenic Road A1A.)

Driving directions: Take exit 289 off I-95 and go east on Palm Coast Parkway for approximately three miles to a four-way-stop intersection that is just over a toll bridge. The Main Hammock Dunes Gatehouse is on the right. However, to reach Island Estates, make a left at the four-way-stop intersection, and another left at A1A, the Island Estates Main Gatehouse is located approximately 1.2 miles south on your right.
