In 2018, a comprehensive Island Estates Owners’ Handbook was developed which combined, in one easy to utilize document, all rules and regulations applying to all owners with the Island Estates neighborhood of Hammock Dunes. This handbook does not replace, but rather supplements the legal documents governing the neighborhood. The specific legal documents which formed the basis for the Handbook include:
- The Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Hammock Dunes
- The Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Island Estates
- The Design Review Manual for Island Estates, dated May 22, 2017
Copies of these documents were provided to all Owners at closing and can be obtained utilizing directly at http://www.hammockdunesoa.com, by simply selecting this link. Then select forms/documents or DRC manuals and look for “Island Estates” documents.
The Island Estates Owners’ Handbook was made available to all owners effective April 2018. If you have not obtained your copy, please send an email to info@IslandEstates.org. Annual updates will be automatically provided on this page.
